Cafe au Lait
To make 6 servings of Cafe au Lait, you will need the following
4 cup hot, freshly brewed coffee
4 cups hot milk
6 cinnamon sticks
Sugar
Fill each coffee mug half full of coffee and half full of milk.
Add sugar to taste.
Serve with a cinnamon stick.

Cappuccino Recipe
For cappuccino to serve 6, you will need the following:
 3 cups steamed milk
3 cups freshly brewed espresso
Sugar to taste
Cinnamon
Pour prepared espresso into 6 coffee cups.
Divide milk evenly between the cups.
Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Frappuccino Recipe
For Frappuccino for two, you will need the following:
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1/2 cup hot water
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Add espresso powder to hot water, stirring until well dissolved.
Allow mixture to cool.
When mixture is room temperature, add it to a blender with condensed milk and ice.
Blend on high for approximately one minute.
Pour into two glasses.
If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate covered coffee beans.

Cafe Borgia (hot) 4 servings
2 cups strong Italian coffee 
2 cups hot chocolate  whipped cream  grated orange peel (garnish)   
Mix coffee and hot chocolatePour into mugsTop with whipped cream and orange peel

Caribbean  (hot) 8 servings   
1 coconut 
2 cups milk 
4 cups strong coffee 
1 tablespoon sugar   
Punch two holes in to coconut, pour liquid into saucepanBake coconut for 30 minutes at 300 F degreesBreak open coconut, remove meat, and grate.Mix coconut meat, coconut liquid, and milk in a sauce panHeat over low heat until creamy.StrainToast grated coconut under broilerMix milk mixture, coffee, and sugarPour into mugs, garnish with toasted coconut.    

Coffee Float (cold) 4 servings
2 1/2 cups strong coffee 
2 teaspoons sugar 
2/3 cup cream 
4 scoops of coffee flavored ice cream 
1 large bottle of Coke   
Sweeten coffee with sugar, and chillMix coffee and creamFill 4 glasses half fullAdd one scoop of ice cream to each glassTop with coke

European (hot) 2 servings   
1 cup strong coffee 
1 egg white 
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 
2 tablespoons half and half   
Beat egg white until forms soft peaksGently add vanilla, and continue to beat to stiff peaks are formedPlace into 2 coffee mugsPour coffee over egg whitetop with half and half  

Irish (hot) 2 servings
2 cups strong coffee 
2 tablespoons orange juice 
2 teaspoons lemon juice  whipped cream   
Mix coffee, orange juice and lemon juicePour into Irish whiskey glassTop with whipped cream    

Mediterranean  (hot) 8 servings
8 cups strong coffee 
1/3 cup sugar 
1/4 cup chocolate syrup 
1/2 teaspoon aniseed (tied in cheesecloth) 
20 cloves 
4 cinnamon sticks  whipped cream  orange and lemon twists    Place coffee, sugar, chocolate syrup, aniseed, cloves and cinnamon into a sauce panHeat to 200 F degrees over medium heatStrain into mugsTop with whipped cream and twists      

Mexican (hot) 2 servings
2 cups water 
1/4 cup coffee grounds (ground coarsely) 
1 table spoon brown sugar 
1 cinnamon stick   
Place all ingredients into a sauce panBring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutesStrain  into mugs    

Mexican Mocha (hot) 4 servings   
1 1/2 cups strong coffee 
4 teaspoons chocolate syrup 
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 
1 tablespoon sugar 
1/2 cup whipping cream   
Put 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup into each cupMix Whipping cream, 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.Whip until you have soft peaksPlace the last 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into coffee, and stirPour coffee into cups, stir to mix in chocolate syrupTop with whipped cream mixture.    

Mocha (hot) 4 servings   
2 cups coffee 
1/3 cup cocoa 
2 cups milk 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/2 cup whipping cream  dash cinnamon   
Mix cocoa, sugar, coffee and milk in a sauce panHeat, over medium heat constantly stirring, until simmeringRemove from heat and stir in vanillaPour into cups, top with whipped cream and cinnamon    

Nogged Coffee (hot) 2 servings   
1 cup coffee 
1 egg yolk 
1/2 cup cream  dash nutmeg   
Beat sugar and egg yolk togetherPlace cream into sauce pan, and heat over low settingWhisk in egg mixtureHeat to 200 F degreesPour coffee into to cups, and top with cream mixturegarnish with nutmeg    

Orange Coffee (hot) 2 servings   
1 cup strong coffee 
1 cup hot chocolate 
2 orange slices  whipped cream  dash of cinnamon   
Mix coffee and hot chocolatePlace one orange slice into each cupPour coffee mixture into cupsTop with whipped cream, and garnish with cinnamon    

Spice Coffee (hot) 8 servings   
8 tablespoons coffee grounds 
8 cups water 
Peel of one large orange 
Peel of one large lemon 
30 cloves 
4 teaspoons sugar   
Place coffee and spices in coffeemaker's basketAdd water and brewAdd sugar to coffee and serve.   

Turkish (hot) 4 servings
1 1/2 cups cold water 
4 teaspoons dark roast coffee (ground very fine)  4 teaspoons sugar  
Heat water in saucepan, add coffee and sugar when warmBring to boilPour half of the coffee into demitasse cups.Return remaining coffee to stove, and allow to return to boil.Spoon off foam, and gently place into each cup (don't stir)

Viennese (hot) 4 servings   
1/2 cup chocolate 
2 1/2 cups strong coffee 
4 tablespoons light cream 
2/3 cup heavy cream 
1 teaspoon sugar  dash of cinnamon  dash of cocoa   
Melt chocolate in sauce panStir in light creamSlowly add coffee, beating until frothyIn a cold bowl whip heavy cream and sugarPour coffee mixture into cupsTop off with heavy creamGarnish with sprinkle of cinnamon and cocoa

Coffee Frappe
1 tablespoon instant espresso
3-5 ice cubes
½ cup of cold water
¼ cup of milk
3 teaspoons maple syrup
Combine in an electric blender the cold water and instant espresso at a high speed until a frothy consistency is achieved. Pour into a glass with ice cubes then stir in the maple syrup to your taste. Makes 1 serving.

Irish Coffee
1 cup of hot gourmet coffee
1 shot of Irish Whiskey
Mix your Irish Whiskey and hot gourmet Coffee. Top with whipped cream. Makes 1 serving.
 
Eggnog Coffee
1 cup hot gourmet coffee
1 ounce eggnog
½ tablespoon grated nutmeg
Mix your hot gourmet coffee with your eggnog. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Makes 1 serving.
 
Calypso Island Coffee
1 cup of hot Gourmet Coffee
½ shot of Frangelico Liqueur
½ shot of Malibu Rum
Combine your Frangelico, gourmet coffee and Malibu Rum. Add chocolate then top with whipped cream. Makes 1 serving.
 
Keoke Coffee
½ shot of Kahlua
1 cup of hot gourmet coffee
½ shot of Courvoisier
½ shot of Dark Cream de Cacao
Combine your Kahlua coffee liqueur, gourmet coffee, Dark Cream de Cacao, and Courvoisier. Top with whipped cream and serve. Makes 1 serving.

 
Irish Cappuccino recipe
5 ounces of hot coffee.
3 ounces of Bailey's Irish Cream.
Dash of nutmeg.
Dessert topping, pressurized.
Pour 3 ounces of Bailey's Irish Cream into a coffee mug.
Fill the mug with hot black coffee.
Top with a spray of dessert topping.
Add a dash of nutmeg on the topping.
Serve.

Irish Coffee recipe
1 cup of strong hot coffee.
1 tablespoon of Irish whiskey.
1 tablespoon of cream.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
Make coffee as normal.
Once the coffee is ready, add the whiskey, sugar and cream.
Serve.

Alcoholic Cappuccino recipe
3 cups of coffee.
3 cups of half and half.
4 oz of Creme de Cacao.
2 oz of rum.
2 oz of brandy.
In a suitably sized saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.
Heat, then serve.
