Recipes: How to Make Starbucks Espresso Drinks at Home
Want to have
starbucks coffee at home?
Ok.
First
purchase some original Starbucks coffee. For choices and discount click
here.
Second, you
must have some coffee maker. Again you can purchase one from Starbucks
shop, or you have on at home. First choice is espresso machine.
Third, you
need good recipes!
Important!
There are 4
rules of thumb if you want to have good coffee drinks every time! Proportion The
most important step in making great coffee is to use the right
proportion of coffee to water. Starbucks recommends using two
tablespoons of ground coffee (10 grams) for each six fluid ounces (180
milliliters) of water. Grind The
amount of time the coffee and water spend together in direct contact
during the brewing process affects the taste elements of your coffee
drink. If you prepare an espresso coffee ground must be very fine, but
for French press coarse ground coffee are better. If the brewing
process is short use fine grind. If it is long process use coarse
grind. Water A
cup of coffee is almost all water (at least 98%) so it is very
important to use good fresh, cold water heated to just off the boil
(195° to 205° F or 90° to 96° C). Freshness Always
use freshly ground coffee, because oxygen, light, heat, and moisture
can ruin coffee taste. Don’t store coffee in refrigerator. For the best
results, coffee should be ground just before brewing.

Tips:
For making Starbucks coffee you need simple
ingredients like strong coffee (prefer espresso), milk (soy, whole,
nonfat) a flavoring and sometimes whipped cream and ice.
Starbuck's
sells all their branded flavorings so you can purchase your favorites.
Don't be afraid to experiment with the ratios. You
will need an espresso machine with steaming capabilities to create some
of these beverages. If you do not have one, make very strong coffee.
To
make this strong coffee put 16 Starbucks scoops of coarsely ground
coffee into a 12-cup French press. Add water that has just come to a
boil. Allow to brew 4 min, then push plunger down.
